Introduced in 2025, the TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph × Fragment CBS221B.BA0045 is a limited edition timepiece, with only 500 units available, designed in partnership with Hiroshi Fujiwara's Fragment design studio. This model showcases a stainless-steel case measuring 39 mm, featuring a combination of brushed and polished finishes, topped with a domed sapphire crystal and a screw-down case back, which is engraved with its unique number. Its water resistance is rated up to 100 meters.

The watch's black opalin dial is accented by a white outer flange that includes a silver tachymetric scale, and a black inner flange with a 60-second/minute display. Three sub-dials in black opalin indicate chronograph minutes at 3 o'clock, running seconds at 6 o'clock, and chronograph hours at 9 o'clock. The indices are marked in grey with Super-LumiNova accents, while the hour and minute hands are rhodium-plated and also feature white Super-LumiNova. A date function is prominently displayed at 12 o'clock. Driving this timepiece is TAG Heuer's in-house calibre TH20-00 automatic movement, which boasts a power reserve of about 80 hours, including a column wheel, vertical clutch, and bi-directional winding. The oscillating weight is uniquely designed like a shield, embellished with Fragment's graphic motifs. Completing the look, the watch comes on a seven-row stainless-steel bracelet that includes black PVD-coated center links and features a butterfly clasp with safety push-buttons.
