The Breitling Emergency is a watch designed for pilots and aircrews, equipped with a built-in micro-transmitter that broadcasts on the 121.5 MHz aircraft emergency frequency. This means that in case of a crash or forced landing, the watch will send out a signal that rescuers can use to locate the wearer. It's like having your own personal distress signaling equipment on your wrist. To activate the transmitter, simply unscrew the protective cap and pull out the antenna. The signal will last for 48 hours and has a range of about 160 kilometers in flat terrain or calm seas, assuming the search aircraft is flying at 6,000 meters. Model number E7632110/I500.
