In 2017, A. Lange & Sohne released the 1815 Homage to Walter Lange in four different metals, as a tribute to the late founder of the company. The watch has a 40.5mm case and is powered by the hand-wound caliber L1924, featuring both a small seconds sub-dial and a sweep seconds hand that can be stopped and started with the pusher at 2:00. There is a special edition of this watch, reference 297.078, with a stainless steel
