In 2017, Jaeger-LeCoultre revealed the Reverso Classic Medium Duoface Small Seconds 2458422 at SIHH. This version has a Fagliano strap and a rectangular case measuring 42.9*25.5mm and a height of 9.2mm. The watch is powered by a hand-wound caliber 854A/2. The case can be flipped to reveal a second black "travel time" dial. It is similar to the 2017 2458420 model but with a different strap.
