The IWC Big Pilot 5004 is the newer version of the popular Big Pilot's Watch. It has a 46.2mm case and a slightly updated dial and hands. The first generation used the 51110 movement from 2006 to 2007, and then switched to the 51111. This particular model, known as the [WATCH_REF], is a limited edition of only 50 pieces made exclusively for Tourneau jewelers.
