In 2002, IWC launched the Big Pilot's Watch 5002, the first of its kind. This watch lives up to its name with its 46.2mm case size. It comes in stainless steel or platinum, with a choice of blue or black dial. The original version runs on the 5011 caliber (2002-2003), which was later upgraded to 50110 (2003-2005), 51110 (2005-2006), and finally 51111 (2006).
