Glashütte Original unveiled its caliber 36 in early 2016, a movement that combines stability and precision while staying true to the brand's signature style. This was followed by two more complex models - a panorama-date and a moonphase + panorama-date - later that year. In 2017, a perpetual calendar was also added to the collection. At BaselWorld 2018, a limited edition of the perpetual calendar was unveiled. Featuring a white gold case and a black open-worked dial, this watch gives a glimpse of the self-winding caliber 36-02 movement from both the front and back. Three versions are available, each with a luxurious alligator strap and varying clasp options.
