Launched in 2026, the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M 220.10.38.20.01.005 retains the design elements of its predecessor, the black-dialed model 220.10.38.20.01.001 from 2017, including its case, dial layout, and movement. One of the standout features of this iteration is its newly designed stainless steel bracelet, which boasts smaller links and a fine-adjustment mechanism integrated into the butterfly clasp; the center links have a polished finish, while the outer links are brushed.

The watch presents a well-proportioned stainless steel case measuring 38 mm in diameter, 12.36 mm thick, and 44.92 mm from lug to lug. It is protected by a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides. Water resistance is rated at 150 meters, and the case back features a sapphire crystal window displaying the intricate movement inside. The black dial showcases a distinctive sun-brushed finish with horizontal teak patterns typical of the Aqua Terra series, complemented by rhodium-plated hands and markers filled with white Super-LumiNova. Additionally, a date display can be found at 6 o'clock through a framed opening. The watch is powered by the automatic Omega calibre 8800, offering a power reserve of 55 hours and recognized as a Master Chronometer by METAS, with a view of the calibre through the case back.
