In January 2018, Breitling launched the Navitimer 8 Chronograph 01 AB011713, a new addition to their Navitimer 8 collection. This collection takes inspiration from the brand's Huit Aviation Department and their history of creating pilot's watches and cockpit instruments. Originally called the Aviator 8, the collection was later renamed. One of the limited edition models, the Aviator 8 B01 Chronograph AB01171A1G1P1, was released in 2018 with only 1000 pieces available. Its attractive features include a silver dial with black sub dials and a bezel engraved with a 12-hour scale.
