The IWC Pilot's Watch Doppelchronograph ref. 3713, produced from around 1996 to 2005, was the second pilot's watch from IWC to feature a split-second chronograph. It came in stainless steel, yellow gold, or platinum with different dial options and multilingual day discs. The stainless steel option had a choice of strap or bracelet, while the platinum version had only five pieces made with a bracelet. In 2003, the 3713 was only available with Spitfire-inspired dials. The Yellow Gold 3713-12 model has a White dial.
