The IWC Big Pilot's Watch 5004 is the newer version of the original Big Pilot, featuring a 46.2mm case and updated dial and hands. It initially used the 51110 movement, but switched to the 51111 in 2007. A special edition, the IW5004-25, was made in collaboration with Tourneau and boasts a luxurious Red Gold case and Silver dial. Only 50 of these watches were produced, making it a rare and coveted piece for collectors.
