The Big Pilot 5004 is the updated version of IWC's Big Pilot's Watch. It has a 46.2mm case and a new dial and hands design. Initially, it used the 51110 movement, but from 2007, it switched to the 51111. This specific reference, the IW5004-07, is a limited edition of 20 (+1) pieces made for Zegg & Cerlati jewelers. It sports a Stainless Steel case and a Green dial. Driving the watch is a self-winding caliber 51111.
